UM Centralization 10/1/2025

I don't have the words to explain the total chaos that today was! It was total confusion! Nobody knows anything! No answers! This is total nonsense! Somebody should be held accountable! Did anyone else feel the frustration that many of us did?

This centralization change has depleted all morale and effort on our team. Everyone is running in different directions and struggling to stay sane.

@a4 The person on my team wanted to stay longer because the job market is more open in the spring so it worked out well for her. It was not approved for most. A lot of people had September and October dates

Leaders were transparent on how challenging centralization is, and it went as good as can be expected. This is a good change for Humana.

Sh-t show as per the usual. It’s all the frauds that can’t find their way out of a wet paper bag running the show because they would eat a pile of dog manure if asked. Meanwhile many have gone on to green pastures.

Yes. I was over the multiple meetings and constant changes throughout the day. It's like they had no idea they were making this change. So much of this should've been in order and piloted BEFORE 10/01. Lastly, I think it is beyond d-mb to make a change in the middle of the week. This should've been rolled out on a Monday. It was so frustrating having a mix of cases that were started and done the "old" way and a bunch of cases done the "new" way.

They announced this in July and they still aren't ready....lol.

The entire company is in shambles! Rediculous! Offer ERP in mid August and then not let people go until 3/27/26! Micromanage just a little bit longer! Then hear about SS dept flat out firing people that declined the ERP! Sure hope the open enrollment is down as low as it can go this year!
