@f5 Yes. you will see quality people get moved or axed, and no one is immune. It is all a number game. Performance will have almost nothing to do with what is coming. If you look at your profile, you are now graded on certain qualities and how you fit in certain roles. That coupled with pay ( and paygrade) of your current role will determine your future. Salary people only though, hourly is safe.

The BCG is following the text book. Reduce third party, linear restructuring, recycle/ reuse people where you need them to get rid of contractors, and finally ROF. If you look at org charts for us, we are all over the place. That isn’t corporate industrial America anymore. Everyone streamlines with just amount of people doing the IC jobs changing. The smaller sites are gonna see changes to match CB and SWO (they are fairly close to the same organizational structure).
