I've been told marketplace is the main target of the next wave...no specific depts just that area in general is the target.

@j3 Because most, if not all, of MarketPlace is outsourced. They aren't going to get rid of their least expensive employees unless they absolutely have to - hence the constant reorganizing to justify laying off FTE employees state-side.
Set to lose 30% of marketplace membership. In 2026. How can there not be layoffs in that area? That is an insane number.
@OP Not surprised. Since that’s where most of money was lost. 2026 should be interesting.
