Just heard layoffs coming in those two organizations. Shamedul we have to live like this everyear every quarter. Hans is getting the company to be all off shore. Verizon will not end well in the future.

The difference is creating new SVPs and ADs positions in GNT before the RIFd employee paperwork was completed last fall. Yes, top heavy in exchange for the loss of talent.
Only 3 things certain in life
Death
Taxes
RIF at Verizon in October each year!
Monitoring the page from the other side of the fence after a couple of years.
Sending well wishes and hope most can find an opportunity on the other side with greener grass.
It honestly is a refreshing feeling not having to do this same song and dance as they move their chess pieces..
Best of luck!
Layoffs energize us! Tom Brady too. He loves to show up for paid appearances at HQ at the same time Verizon is destroying American jobs and lives. Great country we live in. Watch this space we’re just getting started. Love where you work. Love what you do. Let’s go team!
The annual Home for the Holidays program. Clockwork. Nothing like working in fear.
@az
and his eyes are too close together. Never trust anyone with their eyes too close together
Another layer to the onion...SVPs reporting to SVPs in GNT...too top heavy and not enough people under them making $$$$
There was an email sent to gn&t about new groups being created planning for future growth. Though I would expect many redundancies between wireline biz and incoming frontier wireline
Why don’t you think Hans isn’t bringing everyone back to the office? Everyone was excited to WFH, that was his plan, it made it easier for him to off shore everything. Save your pennys a strike is gonna happen.
Surprised?....It's October!!!!
Make no mistake, Hans is a Globalist, a socialist and an elitist. He is a great reset proponent and an oligarch that hides behind a sensitive, caring and altruistic fascade. A charlatan's charlatan.
The rich get richer and the rest get RIF'd.
nothing new in the world about this. We hear it every single year. It’s been the only constant.
