H1,GC in leadership roles

What is the business rationale for extending visas for GCLs and CLs who function primarily as people managers rather than technical leaders?
.why should a low level iq person with low technical skills who came on H1B be made people manger of a highly competed amrican worker

Chinese and Indians should go

They force themselves into every initiative even though they can't speak a single line in English

Want to be included in every calls, without any meaningful contribution except for "thank you" at the end

No one should have first claim on American jobs...

Indians or Chinese should never be in leadership roles, h1b or otherwise.
They lack basic communication skills

Same goes for blacks & DEI hires, no we don't want to have a history month thrown on our face
You are entitled to a job just coz WHO YOU ARE

CL / GCL roles should be merit based

No representation from largest democracy / h1b

No Chinese / largest democracy who can't communicate

No DEI or groups who have a history month forced upon us

@OP seems English isn't your first language.

Are you here just to create another hate post? Or do you not have anything better to do in life?

Since 2022, the American college grads are confused about their own gender, how the he-l would they undo complex fidelity ecosystem?

To that, no h1b or Chinese or blacks should be in any leadership roles.

The Indians and Chinese absolutely su-k at communication, blacks just want to rub the associates in wrong way by bragging about their background and how they struggled to be in leadership role

Gimme a break, go have some kool aid and friend chicken

Absolutely agree.

Also for individuals who are in leadership roles due to DEI or celebration of history month.

Indians and Chinese (h1b or not) are terrible at communication and people management. They are only good at stealing credits for the job someone else did.

100% agree

Same for those in agile delivery roles and management.

We can find Americans to do these jobs.

Know of a couple in agile people management at L8/L9 who do next to nothing except act better than and collect their massive pay checks. On the Visa. Makes no sense.
