How is this going to be enforced? It appears that only certain departments complied to the 3:2.

Anyone think it’s going to five days a week? I heard bonuses might get impacted by how many days people do in the office?
@283 London? Got to leave the cotswolds and actually do some work. Or is it feasting on pheasants glutinously in Surrey while playing with a pinky ring and wishing for more hair.
@bw Def Australia. Like a ghost town in the office.
@OP The issue is I don't think it's going to be enforced. I'm in the worst country in APAC in terms of non compliance with return to office, maybe even globally. There's a lot of people that don't comply and there doesn't seem to be any repercussions. It really is a joke. More tables empty than with people quite often. There's even one senior manager who has probably only been in the office one day a week for the past few years on average with some cr--ker reasons:
- Takes all his sick leave
- Takes sick leave without putting it in the system
- Says he's taking care of his children
- Says he's out seeing clients (from home???)
- Says he did late night calls (and needs a lie in???)
- (The worst) Implied his son had cancer
You, Sir or Madam, are correct.
