It would interested to ask Lyons how will Fiserv innovate with all the layoffs and loss of simple technical and product knowledge that his predecessor let go to pump and dump the stock price.

I heard Clover really b0mbed at Forum. Almost no traffic at the booth.
I'm unclear on what the point of the forum is
Especially the clover part - are small business owners paying for tickets to go to Vegas for this -unlikely. Seems mis targeted?
@cs I can't tell if your being sarcastic or just have no idea what's actually going on.
@cs Low so top dollar can grow theirs to throw into retirement while the bottom ain't got a thing to look to one day if it ain't their kids. Funny how it goes ain't it?
Time to give new blood a chance? Well after dumping dead wood (as it is always called), the new staff probable from Pune needs time to adjust to entering data on keyboard and keeping SAPIENCE running with a 9 hour day. So give them a few months to adjust to constant monitoring. And do not mind all that knowledge that was terminated too - far easier to train new staff ain't it? I am old Fiserv from the Yabuki era and it was a FAR better firm back then.
Based on the lies being posted on LinkedIn, they are blowing some major smoke up the attendees rear-ends.
@OP The same reason why a snake sheds its skin: allow for growth, remove parasites, replace old and damaged skin.
From observing certain players in my department, I've come to understand why leadership lays off certain people at certain levels every now and then.
People become complacent and keep things stagnant. They kick the can down the road and before you know it, their departments tools and processes are light-years behind other departments and other companies.
Time to give some new blood a chance. Why do you think they're investing in these new hires while simultaneously doing layoffs? Out with the old, inefficient and complacent, and in with the new and motivated at a lower salary.
