It was updated in July but it has absolutely not official tracking of hrs. Still need an hr request to see more information. No mention of anything being sent to managers based on time.
This is what was being created in the offsite last week. I was told it was about location strategy but clearly it was so much more.
Tech, was just told this morning on a staff call that 8 hours was required.
...because compliance isn't enough. Shart has to insult you for following these ridiculous rules.
I’m in Tech - CTO. We were told last week and that it will affect performance reviews.
Posted on the manager sharepoint site for all u.s. based employees. You can search in office guidance on TW and find it as well. Very broad and sneaky, they mention to provide compliments if we adhere.
If it’s not written - it doesn’t exist
It’s just Risk (DF) that’s going to 4 days with 8 hours. Trying to reduce headcount as much as possible
I've heard senior leaders are already looking at hours spent in office for reports although I'll believe that when I see it.
@a2 post the text of the message. Otherwise what are you talking about ... IM???
Thanks to the jacks that abused what little hybrid joy we had, we all now get to enjoy 4 days per week, 8 hours per day. And fight for a desk in the neighborhood. F U !
Tech, not heard a peep about 8 hours. I'll be sure to mouth off when I do, pay me to leave.
Will 4 days in the office result in having assigned cubes again like 1990 called?
I've seen no such comm.
Yep. We've been doing minimum 4 hrs in office and got an IM this morning saying 8 starting today. Sounds like it'll also be 4 days in office per week soon enough.
