Definitely makes one really hate nursing!
@q5 I tried to warn my team about AI on team calls. But nobody else would chime in to back me up. And, of course, the Director of our team on the call would say, “It is not Humana’s intention to use AI to replace anyone but simply to make their job easier.”
With no other team members backing me up, it made me a target by leaders to get rid of me.
Very hard to get persons to listen to a warning. But maybe they also already knew and just chose to be silent on the matter. I maybe was being naive in thinking my speaking out about AI could make any difference.
No company sees anyone’s worth anymore.
Definitely has made me dislike healthcare and nursing as a CM! AI could seriously do our jobs having to read from scripted surveys, say things verbatim as like we are salesmen! We trying to educate members on post dc needs not sell the chicken nuggets!
If your not an Indian from India, Humana probably won't hire you these days.
Right... But if you are in tech there aren't a lot of good places to ride out the tech recession. Maybe in a another year I will try to get a higher paying job elsewhere.
