How performance evaluations for VP's and Directors work ?

I don't see any VP's or Directors eliminated in Oracle due to performance evaluations. How does it work ?

Heck, I just want to give my manager a performance review. They could use some constructive criticism.

@at One of our VPs "suddenly" retired last year. Interpret that as you may.

Performance for Ms is about delivery, but survival is about who you know who will help you.

I've also seen Ds and VPs terminated. If they no longer have a team to manage whats the point of keeping them. However, they are often better connected so manage to get new roles or hide somewhere. I saw a SDs entire team terminated but he was kept on in database with no reports. Depends on who your friends are.

@ak They are still considered "hired help". Only LE's cronies have protected status. MH was an employee until the day he died.

All employees have the same perf evaluation framework AFAIK. Even VPs are employees.
