Please tell me the process to apply for unemployment benefit.

@wk you're still employed by the company until severance ends. Didn't they give you a packet explaining all of this and what you need to do?
When can we file unemployment? After severance ends?
Any idea on counts or percentages? Were any on H1B or recent hires on current list or only locals?
@OP 60 days of pay. 1 week worth of pay for every year you been at TI. Prorated profit sharing, cash out your time bank and yes you can file unemployment.
