Anyone else notice that OneX su-ks on Sunday when the whole company is trying to do markdowns and fulfillment? Jeez Louise it's annoying!!!! And we've been getting weird errors on it saying it can't retrieve the info or whatever. Macy's tech is useless for these issues. They'll just ask me if I rebooted, used a new battery, or tried to reenroll it.
Ugh! Ok, off my soapbox now

The devices run better if you do the following periodically. Setting- blue tooth. This list all devices that have been synched to your Honeywell. Tap each device and hit forget. Clear them all out and the honeywells function much better.
It can take fifteen minutes just to print a single ticket due to having to reboot everything, log back in, and hope the device doesn't try connecting to an RFID sled when I did not want to. They were tested back in 2021 for ELS and they were hated, only to go forward two years later. Sometimes, I think the old Telxon devices from the early 2000s felt more reliable.
One of our techs said Macy's got a bargain off these new g-ns, cheap out = cr-p productivity.
I HATE THE NEW G-NS SO MUCH. The old g-ns were so much better. The only good thing about them is that it shows a picture of the item thats it. I hate having to continuously log in every time you walk away from it for like 10 minutes. Then it won't sync with the printer. It such a waste of time. Then you can't use certain labels with the older printers. ITS AGGRAVATING. There are days i just want to run them over with my car in the parking lot. Ok I'm done venting
