WFH as a Flexible Benefit

How much would you be willing to pay to have 10 WFH days a month? 15?

I would be willing to pay $10 a day to work at home. I'd save that much in gas and toll roads.

I'd pay $100 a day but I would expect everyone who is fulltime WFH to take a 10% pay cut.

The answer to everything is the first letter “W”. RTO has been implemented to ensure work. T is no longer going to pay you to be idle at home.
