...it feels a little better to know that this company is also sh-----g in it's employees who've been around longer. I feel less picked on. Maybe we have been getting the HCSC experience all along.

@av - This so true. People do not want to be raising a family and not have a stable job. HCSC has shown your performance does not matter and is no longer a place for a stable career. Unless management changes soon then get out as soon as you can.
I think this is a warning that HCSC no longer respects long term employees and the knowledge and experience they have of the multiple, complex systems and business areas.
Anyone under 50 should seriously reconsider leaving HCSC for a better company or it will one day be you getting laid off because you have been around longer and cost them more in salary and benefits. They do not care that you actually bring more than you cost. They only want short term cost savings to pad their own bonuses.
It us a breakdown of a once great company that valued its employees and wanted people to learn and grow with the company over the years. That no longer exists at HCSC.
@an Craig’s email today linking Maurice’s was pretty cold. People on my team are freaked that we’re next.
As an LHB employee, Cigna was treated like royalty compared to us!
actually, I feel the hcsc culture was great when I was first hired a whiles ago. year after year, seems to get worse. I think at one time the cto was a regular dev that worked for the company basically since it was just in its infancy. he would also hang out at the company Christmas party and buy drinks for those that had the inclination.
You guys are getting it next year.
