@np Excessive fees and lack of innovation?

Why does that sound so...familiar?

SAP is in the front to acquire the ADM business. Tricentis relationship has gone south due to their excessive fees and lack of innovation. Tricentis has been up for sale for 12 months no takers.

Cyber Enterprise is a likely candidate Tongo. OT has no idea how to operate in this market. Very clear when they thought general sales model would work in cyber

It’s a shame. When MF bought ADM and ITOM from HPE they were each billion dollar businesses. Squandered.

@av looking at that PDF... Consumer Cyber and ITOM you'd think are prime candidates for sale

Look at this to see the divisions to sell:

ADM makes sense. The board has announced 2 to 3 non core divestitures over the next few Qs. What are the non core business units - the legacy MF BUs of Cyber, ITOM, ADM. A sale is dependent on having a buyer. ITOM is losing money, be difficult to garner interest there. ADM and Cyber will be first.
