Why intel has 40K alone in US and keep R&D cost high
Intel should have 20 in US and rest in low cost geo like nvidia and AMD

Or Nvidia and AMD can repatriate the work. There should be high taxes on every job out sourced to low cost geos and h1bs in the US. Anyone on an h1b should be excluded from the naturalization processes.
