If you are LR'ed, you are encouraged to look for another job and getting offered.
However, you cannot quit Cisco before you last day if you want severence.
You deserve to managed out, unemployed and out on the street!
I would wait at least until overnight system updates.
Everyone in Cisco is free to move around including those LRed in August 13. Exception is you @OP, who is yet to read email and provided documents.
