Anyone excited about the"coffee with J" session next week. Considering the continued beat downs, I'm sure he's excited about it. He'll get all the awkward silence he loves so much as no one will speak up for fear of retaliation.

He hints, Initiatives will slowdown next year. Almost all sectors and companies are at snail pace and economy is slowing down.
There's no question, if asked professionally, clearly and directly, that he won't answer. He may not be able to answer ie an HR related question that's not his area, he'll defer to your HR rep. He doesn't do these for his health or ego, you should have heard what we came at him with prior to acquisition.
