Hello - can anyone help to dispel the CORBRA for WFR. Do we get CORBRA sponsor from Juniper/HPE for 4 months, or do we have to pay the full amount from our pocket? I don't see clear information regarding COBRA. Thanks

COBRA is on you to pay fully. You may or may not get a lump sump payment to help offset that cost for a few months.
My letter says they will contribute $4,000 for Cobra as part of severance. Amounts were higher for higher salary grades. It was laid out in a chart.
$4k probably covers 1 month of premium. Maybe.
@a8 coverage went to "final day of employment" on recent WFRs and did not extend through the severance period (3 months in most cases).
@OP unclear...my understanding was it had to be purchased from day one. Would be great it it was provided through severance period.
