No longer with APA but hear they sent out an employee survey. Won’t be surprised if minions just lie and APA named a top 2025 workplace. Be honest or don’t fill it out at all, but please don’t lie. Also, why does this cr-ppy company need a CEO and a President? Fire the CEO and save $10m easy. Sitting back on the side and watching this company crash, I feel bad for all the employees that have been there for years. Worthless board, hasn’t done it job and now it’s too late and won’t make a difference. Only hope these fools at the top have is to try and sell the company.

Based on what I’ve read, I think it is anonymous. But regardless, agreed that employees need to be honest or don’t fill it out. Lots of blank responses is in itself a response. But ELT is paying consultants for their opinion, so employees shouldn’t expect to see massive shifts in engagement or culture based on their responses.
If I was the fatcat or the Beluga whale I would have so much guilt that I would have a dr-g or alcohol addiction.
Typical behavior from the ELT and the beluga whale that hired the consultant. They are just going to ride this one in and laugh all the way to their mansions when the end comes.
The brilliant ELT needed a peer study last year to inform them APA was bottom of the barrel in every measurable stat vs peers. And so then the CFO got promoted to President. Just get rid of the entire ELT, put in some sock puppets in the cheap and bet APA will not be worse off.

HR lady….remain nameless…you know the one who really enjoyed that Covid era…she has access to all staff surveys…not anonymous so be careful…but, be frank as the company is not hearing from employees and consultants are doing a terrible job conveying information
