My management structure has not allowed me to move forward. I've had top performance awards.....but it doesn't matter. My current manager has put in bogus evaluations on my mid-year that I didn't even work on in 2025!
I filed with HR and they basically found that my claims were "unsubstantiated misconduct". Oh boy, do I have a ton of info on that one!!! To be sure, HR, is not your friend and they'll say "I'm sorry but due to confidentiality reasons, we can't say" to ever question you might have.
My advise? HR will not help you. As the victim, I've not even heard what they did, who they talked to, and what came of it. And yet, here I am.

Contact HR and contest the review with your proof you didn't work on those projects nor were asked to.
Yo. The writing is on the wall. They do not want to pay severance. They are now goi g to force people out via PIPs.
Sc--w HR, go directly to lawyer and if you have a case sue their a$$es to oblivion ( as much as possible). Plus start looking around in job search.
Narcissistic personality disorder is not a disability, but a lot of posters here do seem to suffer from it
@OP , you strike me the same as this LGBTQ+ identifying female out of the CIC metro who can't be bothered stay off-leave long enough to be remotely effective at her job. Complain about every aspect of doing her job when she is there and how uncaring her employer is. Post all over LinkedIn how her ADA accommodation for being incapable of acting like a normal human is being removed and the world is against her. Yea, that sounds right.
I agree with another post here. Over communicate. In your weekly one on one be prepared to talk about your goals and priorities, what was accomplished, what’s next. Ask specifically if there is something you are not doing or should be doing better. Follow up with an email confirming the conversation.
@OP
Join the club, pal.
Get an employment disability attorney and sue if you are requesting a reasonable accommodation for a documented disability.
@a8
No I'm not. Just one of the team. We all have our own areas. Yet, I'm paid less, I have a lower title, and I've been passed over so many times. There are other things at work that are in play, and they are not fair nor are they legal IMHO.
That is yet to be played out.
Yeah, I'm sure you're the best employee known to man and it has to be your disability holding you back.
Start sending a weekly summary of your accomplishments to your manager by email.
@a5
Working on Service Now discovery and Nautobot upgrades. All good. It really means....yeah... what you do doesn't matter.
It's all about what have you done lately these days
@a3
Yep. After 17 years of success, I need to change jobs. Very good review.
Maybe change jobs that can accommodate you?
And yes, they don't reveal anything. If you are a victim, do not expect they will validate your experience. They seemingly exist to protect the firm and the highly paid managers. Not you. Be warned.
