Any one else hearing about the office closures and consolidations outside of the west coast?
Is your location impacted or is it just limited to San Diego, San Francisco and Long Beach? Seems strange when we are trying to bring people back to the office to collaborate and share.

Closing and consolidating offices has been the strategy for years. They will do where they can because outside of the employee costs, rent is the next highest expenditure.
It makes me laugh that they are doing exactly what our customers and the rest of the corporate world is looking to do, yet our quotas are through the roof while customers deplete their fleet and rightsize what they are willing to move forward with.
The word rightsize isn’t even the term anymore. It’s 100% downsizing.
South Jersey (Burlington) is still open although I know that the majority of people wish it would close and that they get laid off... Nobody collaborates in this location and it's been going downhill for a long time...

We have been closing or downsizing offices left and right, all over its not just West. We combined E. Hertford with Rocky Hill, downsized Duram, Richmond, Ft Wayne, Omaha, Closed Kennwick and the list goes on. More big changes will be happening as well but that's not out yet.
I’ve heard the rumors too but all those offices that CBS/CSA wanted to make the company look good on the map, most are not needed. Get rid of the real estate and get the right leaders for our sales force.
The old timer Branch Directors need to move on.
