Doesn’t realize Deloitte creates work which is good for job security. They think Deloitte is going to take / cut jobs like McKinsey did to Risk teams or BCG did in Bank.

Everyday Banking should have been dumped 1-2 years ago. The entire group are do nothings who self promote each other based on pretenses, how pretty a presentation is (who cares what it says just if it looks cool is fine), and how much you can beat down new hires from another unit or outside USAA if they took the job you wanted. It’s as toxic as you can imagine.
