Clays not exactly Mr Charismatic is he. Can you imagine him on Jim Cramer ? May be OCI gets run by Open AI wouldn’t that be something? I have to think he is waiting to exit and as for the other guy? I mean apps? These look like sacrificing CEOs for when the company splits to an AI and Media Application company. That’s my spin on this.
It will be easier to lay off the CEO later if you have two.

What about Fusion? Each org under the Fusion will be laid off?
That could explain no additional RSUs this year if they are looking at splitting into apps (including TikTok) and Infrastructure.
