@ev That is so true, we aren't ready for AI at hCSC... data is spread across too many systems, and not well enough integrated to fully benefit from AI. Now there will be patches of AI but to be totally honest there are great articles out there were larger and more advance businesses has decided to drop their AI projects due to failures. AI is artificial intelligence ... which means you have to have real intelligence to create the artificial intelligence. :)
All of Medicare will be re-org'd as we "integrate" a couple in Q4, the rest in 2026..
@cj yes. Both are Heartless and mean spirited. And both get excited about RIFs. Also A has zero appreciation for the work we do.
