I know what you are trying to say. Everyday is painful.
I work with both groups and have no clue what you are trying to say.
Other than EL being in charge of the PM group and ICG with no customer service experience, there is not a lot going on. Except constant changes, lack of clear expectations for the group, and multiple new processes in place that were never tested and consistently fail.
Nothing that merits an EEOC case
