Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Another week, another incorrect presence report . . . sort of

The total for the week was correct but all the individual days were wrong. How the heck do they do that? Seems like a different error every week.

I'm going to need a 12-page slide deck on the status of the status report on my desk Monday morning. Then set up a pre-meeting to the pre-meeting so we can discuss what will be discussed on the meeting about it.

They’re not using the reports unless you’re an outlier in your org.

And then I was in my meeting our AVP and he said that they are still using it but no one on the team had been called out. So, someone is looking at it but you may not know it until it is too late. Maybe Darcie Henry is looking at it now.

Mine is still off every time. I keep my own log and also compare it to what’s reported. There’s a pretty big discrepancy. When my boss brings up my time being off (reporting less than 8 on average or trend), I whip out my data and that usually squashes the argument for a while. If they ever decided to take action against me for their faulty data, the lawyers would get involved. You have to be harmed first.

If you want me gone, lay me off. If I truly do something wrong or am not providing results then fine. But don’t hit me with this bs report anymore. Let’s move on.
