The GCCs are lost. Modifications made without do-diligence and audience estimates are dropping listening events. Processes won't complete without errors. They don't know what is wrong so blame legacy development.

I am surprised this string is not gathering more comments over all the petty posts about who is d-mb. The OP generally explains why the company is going down like a unrecoverable Boeing 737 Max with Rao and Kenny at the controls.
Don’t forget all that saved money is funding more unnecessary overseas trips for the globetrotting senior leaders to help rack up their frequent flyer points so that they can fly their family members around for free and have ‘well earned’ overseas holidays….not just the US ones…those in certain other markets like Pacific too….haha
LOL!!! But they are saving soooooo much money by laying off all of their super experienced and talented employees that were there 20+ years!!
They don't care. All they want is to keep squeezing a few more million into the paychecks for the CEO and board.
