Thread regarding Juniper Networks Inc. layoffs

Predictions for next week?

Now that they have everyone moved out of Bld B., is it going to be a cloaked bloodbath?

Or, have the adjustments already occurred, and next week we all just get offer letters, no big deal?

And, what has Mr. MistMan been hearing from all his time in the room with the other high-level doers? (ha ha ha, what a tw-t that guy was)

First you get lowered to HPE pay levels and it will quarterly layoffs based on periodic reviews.
You need to make sure synergies are realized by end of year1.

it will not be a blood bath.

many people were already told their jobs overlapped and either were reassigned or are basically gone.

There was never any doubt the building project timing was also there to have those who will not get offer letters be prr-packed, and that the week after will kinda be a survivor party in building B.

The email went out today to tell people “what to expect"... ie offers are non negotiable. several people have also already been told they'll get downgraded. high probability many will.

Building A has to move out and into building B.

I'm going to guess most of 2025 cuts are done. They have things to figure out but that will take time. Offer letter doesn't mean you're "safe" but buys you some time.
