I can’t handle this place anymore. Being so anxious I need meds just to make it through a shift shouldn’t be normal, but somehow it is here.

You are not alone. Walgreens does not care in the least about its employees. In a customer-facing business, if you treat your employees poorly, business will suffer as has been shown in the decline of Walgreen's reputation, and employee experience over the years. Understaffing and garbage technology adds to the misery. Check reddit and you'll see post after post of employees experiencing the same. You'll also see celebratory posts of people quitting for something better. There is life after Walgreens. Wishing you the best.
