C suite despises legacy FIS. They’ll bring in new people at twice the salary happily while applying blanket stereotypes to anyone here more than a couple of years. So much for actually reducing costs. Such a joke.

Depends on pay level. If new and cheap then they’ll keep them, otherwise it’s just the same. They seem to be looking to cut costs (pay) rather than heads, that’s why the US has been so hard hit
