Sudden layoffs were discovered for individual contributors and middle management in the experience design org today. This effected India-based contractors as well as U.S.-based full time employees.

I've heard about 8-10 folks were impacted between Product and Designer roles and that a re-org of Digital is likely. Will be interesting to see how that shakes out.
Honestly that part of the company is really overstaffed. The surprising thing is the cuts weren't way larger.
