This company is not serious about getting better and competing. James is a weak leader. Duggan has vision and cares about this company.

Everyone should get that James only stepped into this role because he genuinely cares about the company.
People who know him well understand he has zero interest in being the permanent CEO.
That said, under his leadership, the stock price has shot up and morale is on the rebound — mostly because we’re no longer dealing with the chaos of a self-proclaimed tech saviour running the show.
@bt Share price when the board finally have the guts to fire Mark.
Pat Gelsinger would make a good new CEO
The board is running the business. If they wanted James as the CEO or Todd Cione or any leader, they would have already been positioned to take the role long before Mark was fired. James is basically a placeholder the board trusts to keep the seat warm. They will all be gone when the new CEO is onboard, over time, withing the first 6 months.
OTEX Nasdaq is all level high after James picked the main chair..
Its shows he have much influence over market then many we see on immediate arena.
Not sure I see the point of getting in a twist over an interim leader. Save your energy and angst for the new permanent pick. You might need it more then.
So you want the person letting all the support teams step on each other??
Because that's what we see.
Technical support sometimes have absolutely zero resources on new releases, PS just doesn't seem to know their products consistently, don't have the resources to learn, and just toss a contract praying that works. Renewals' actual commission and incentive to make sure the RCs are accurate is basically documented to have the BIGGEST exemption ever because for a lot of folks as long as you don't need technical support you don't even need Extended Support. You can still usually get your licenses at thise versions. At least some renewals reps have approved things/service they really shouldn't have and likely have cost us a lot of revenue money because of it. Because they don't really have means to know their products either. Since they're account-based they can run into nearly anything. Some of them also toss the contract and pray that answers questions.
No, Paul, you're not exactly sterling either. Your area su-ks too don't worry.
