@d9 are you deaf? The expectation is 8 hours in office regardless if it says it in the faq sheet. It’s been communicated by senior leadership. You all act like you have leverage because of this. It is my business since I work here. toughen up snowflake

@d7 what rules? The only "rules" are 3 or more days a week. It doesn't not specify minimum times a person must be in a seat. The FAQ says that managers are to be flexible with hours and days.
The vast majority of people are working the hours in-office that work best for their work/life balance. Unless you're personally impacted by someone's lack of presence in person (like it's not possible for you to do your job impacted), mind your own freaking business. Yes, there are people that abuse it but don't drag the rest of us that are genuinely doing our best with sh---y circumstances. Godda-n you people are miserable.
Mind your own business. Rules don’t say 8 hours a day
since when did following the rules become simping?
You're simping for a company that will celebrate your 20 year milestone then Thanos snap you out of existence to try to convince shareholders it isn't bankrupt at the leadership level for 3 more months. Do better.
I’m looking forward to 8 plus hours in the office. That will weed out the ❄️❄️❄️❄️.
You don’t get paid to sit at home in your underwear. That’s the problem with today’s workforce. Nobody wants to work hard anymore. Back in my day, I bought 2 jet skis and a lakefront cabin, cash, from baby sitting. Do better!
Coffee badgers is an excellent name for them lol
Ok ya nosey troll.
Do better and mind your own business?
On the flip side hourly tracking is coming so you'll get what you wished for, except nobody will have flexibility after that so...good job....?
Your laptops have GPS and they can tell if you logged into the network at the office or not and how long. This should have been apparent.
Why do you care? Does it affect you?
Leave earlier. I need all that evidence. You gone find out about consequences
I don't coffee badge. Ok sometimes on Fridays.
That's really not my business what anyone here does that doesn't affect my work.
The people who obsess over this must be wonderful people in their non-work life.
Good, I hope you see me. And I will do better. I'll leave even earlier just to annoy you bootlicking hall monitors more.
2 hours of collaboration is a lot.
