Service Desktop was supposed to make them better, faster, and smarter. Instead, I have to stay on hold longer when I call. Stay on the call longer if they don’t immediately hang up on me. Then listen to them complain about system problems like I’m an id--t. Quit being so cheap and hire people to answer the d*^m phone instead of dumping money into a bad application or pitiful application development. I blame NL. She promised us better.

Most of their applications are cr-p. They're hold together with tape, gum, and a prayer. There are quite a few that if they go down, will bring dozens of applications down.
If you saw the data flow chart of some of them, you'd get dizzy. It's amazing that the infrastructure doesn't fail more often.
