I hear that there will be a lot of temporary assignments. HRLT is expecting 10-15 Psg 22-24 selected people to leave Chevron within the next year.

How is one a hipot if you work in HR?
It is HR, no one cares.
It's 10-15 out of around 60 of your most productive HR people. 90% of Psg 26+ haven't done actual HR work in 15 years and hold the best people down.
I have never seen distrust this bad from hipots. Usually they are Kool aid drinkers and keep their mouths shut. The things I have heard from the most respected HR professionals over the past 2 months is crazy.
10-15 people out of the company with 43k employees? Why even bring that up? 10-15 people can get hit by a bus tomorrow and Chevron won't even notice.....They'll probably continue sending out salary payments for 3 more months before someone notices they went missing.....
@OP - any idea where those PSG 22-24's are? BHR, HR Ops, etc.?
