Welp I made the mistake of buying into the safe and respectful workplace training and reported an issue from the training to HR.
Fast forward - I’m on corrective action, how long until I’m out the door?

Fidelity hasn’t been a safe and respectful workplace for a very long time due to a combination of management and HR failures. The only way to survive is to keep your mouth shut and head down until you can get out. Always look out for yourself because no one at Fidelity will.
