@ee Many who were let go made perfect sense. Some dead weight that was left to fester for far too long anyway. The reorg aftermath that was done was atrocious. Forced "lateral" moves, promotions, demotions all without a thought to "people principles" the company claims to have. Heard some have quit in the aftermath. Others likely biding their time until they can find an opportunity. I wouldn't want to be anywhere near those departments until they can find real leadership. LP will eventually make things right when its apparent how incompetent and broken his people and this structure is but today is not that day.
