We’ve all just learned to live with it, while leadership couldn’t care less. Endless reorgs and layoffs have made one thing crystal clear - hard work and loyalty mean nothing here. At this point, I show up expecting nothing but a layoff notice, while being pushed every day to work like a mule. Sorry, but that’s not happening anymore. And from what I see, the vast majority share the same attitude.

OP
I agree with you about morale being down the toilet but I am not sure Chevron even made it to the rim of the toilet. I think they cr@pped on the side of the rim and on the floor in this reorg.
Self-destructive

It is absolutely hilarious how insecure the minions are as well as MW and ELT. A bunch of cowards as well as the monitors the censor this forum.
Down vote squad hard at work.
Spot on OP!

Looks like the ENGINE/HR downvote trolls strike again 😂
Everyone is not demoralized . India, Bruno’s Aires and Manila are happier than ever with all the opportunities for growth and advancement
I have never seen so much apathy. It feels like the whole company has checked out. It’s hard to imagine how leadership thinks the company will be competitive when everyone is so demoralized.
This is not an episode of the office. Morale does not mean anything.
