Even with the VSP, regorgs in certain divisions are happening. They are gutting the workforce and making it really difficult for those of us remaining to get meaningful, necessary work done. Bravo!

@3r8 another element is simple direction from the new SJ hierarchy. RG and GG may soon see the impact of the manpower losses, and their lack of knowledge of Sales Process and the CF challenges in organization and completion of simply task.
@2me SJ and GG will be exposed when accounts do not renew. It is only a matter of time. National accounts will leave. GG will not be needed and SJ will use the excuse of retirement to avoid the blame.
@2me What inappropriate behavior?
@2me "Entire departments of people being terminated. Without a solution to the support they provide to other associates." That is one of the bigger pieces. Most would understand that there may be a need to tighten belts and downsize in the economy. The troubling piece is there there was no thought put into seeing how effectively the remaining force could support the work with reduced manpower. If there is clearly a visible impact today, what do they expect after 1/9/26?
You can't spell Dereliction without ELT
Entire departments of people being terminated. Without a solution to the support they provide to other associates.
Terminated sales VP by SJ. Who thinks it makes sense to manage a sales division with his ha--m of know nothing, no experience… “yes women” to feed his insatiable ego.
HR should have fired him for his inappropriate behavior, instead he gets promoted.
I've also heard of re-orgs due to number of people leaders that are leaving. Wouldn't surprise me if layoffs happen in 2026.
Don’t worry. Once the MSP gets going, you will be fine. Like nothing ever happened.
