Anyone get their ERP paperwork yet? If so, does it mention a salary increase during the severance period?
I remember reading that it is tiered by job level.

ERP includes AIP. That may be the source of confusion here.
He-l yeah they are going to give you a 25 percent pay increase . Baby you are set, expect a 20,000 dollar bonus and free healthcare for life.
Do you really expect a salary increase during the severance period? Why would Humana do that?
