@aq d-mb. You do know that flight attendants don’t get paid until the door closes right?

My last 2nd level had a real estate company on the side and even helped folks higher up with their home purchases. In Atlanta so probably doing well with relo's.

Utter BS. It is the people who come to the office only once a month who can never be found online. One continues a covid-era side gig as an Allstate claims adjuster, disappearing for 90 minutes 1-3 times EVERY day. She is untouchable somehow. Asset Protection must have been hit hard with surplusses.

"RTO has greatly increased responsiveness among several team members unable to be reached, especially after lunch. RTO needs to continue."

Actually, they should have been terminated before RTO. Now that they are RTO, their supervisor should be terminated for dereliction of their duties.

@af "Responsiveness" is still via Teams chats, texts and emails, correct? You're not swinging by someone's cube unannounced because nobody likes that person. Same reason nobody likes anybody that starts with a phone call. It's annoying and very boomer.

So, in-person collaboration is a Teams chat for you. Got it.

When do you know when a company's morale and overall employee experience is in the toilet? When audio recordings of meetings and townhalls start to find its way to the press. Everybody else needs to start hearing all the stupid sh*t coming out of our leaders' mouths.

Let's keep it going!

So what about commute times... people spend anywhere between 20 minutes to 2 hours in commute...the day should begin when you start driving to work

@af

Likely they just don’t want to work or talk to you.
