Do we have an idea of the teams most likely to be affected (OCI / OCC / support / ...) and the type of position (sales / pre-sales / support / ...) to anticipate the EEA layoffs?

Sales ops and sales are next.
All of them. 10% is a global reduction quota and every org will be targeting it. For instance, Fusion declared they have a reduction quota in their org of 10%, they had to disclose by law in some Pacific locations before completely eliminating them. So it's a worldwide quota per org.
