Heard from a colleague in EMEA that they are being laid off, others affected too. Is thus just within ISG?
Also heard AMG have a hiring freeze into 2026...more job cuts looming there too...

@cgr of course mgt is pushing numbers. If/when the facility closure happens it boosts their severance packages. Hudson isn't making goals for the year and it looks like the company may hit 50% max. Do your job but keep your eyes open. Don't be blindsided
@caw hope for the best and assume the worst. The consolidation is already pushed back and that's not reassuring. Be ready for anything.
Not sure if it will be open after shutdown but the managers on the floor are freaking out over making our number before the shutdown. They knew about the shutdown months ago, why create chaos on the floor and rush us last minute? We need better management.
@c94 if we still have jobs after the shutdown
@c2f what do you expect to hear
@OP Any up dates in Hudson NH
@8v3 this is laughable. Hudson is not shutting down. The consolidation is happening. Morale is in fact low. If you're miserable, leave. If you're content, stay. It's really that simple. Management isn't lying but they are selectively relaying information. Some are all in, others are waiting it out. Welcome to corporate America.
@a7q It’s honestly impressive how hard you argue for management when their track record speaks for itself. The last two “lies,” “rumors,” and “fake news” they scolded everyone about? Both happened exactly the way employees were warned they would. That’s not negativity — that’s management’s credibility problem. And you volunteering to be their attack dog doesn’t fix it.
Leaks from management have been right every single time they’ve surfaced. Everyone knows it, whether you want to admit it or not. Denying it at this point just makes you look out of the loop.
What’s even more revealing is how confidently you and your little group claim to “know exactly who the 4–5 people are.” It’s funny how the ones who don’t blindly fall in line are the exact ones you’re eager to paint as the next victim problem. Almost like the goal isn’t truth — it’s silencing whoever won’t toe the company line.
Calling coworkers “miserable,” “victims,” or whatever other label makes you feel superior doesn’t strengthen your point. It just highlights how threatened you get when someone brings up facts you can’t dismiss.
People aren’t speaking up because they’re unhappy — they’re speaking up because the company keeps saying one thing and doing another. And every time, the people you mock end up being right.
If acknowledging reality upsets you, that’s not our issue. That’s just you struggling to defend a narrative that collapses the moment anyone compares it to what actually happens.
Sincerely signed by one of those 4-5 people or maybe someone who’s not even there anymore… I’m sure you know though clown
There are maybe 4 or 5 of you in Hudson that are just f-ing miserable and think that you speak for all of us. Guess what? You don’t. We all know who you are and are honestly pretty sick of you posting bs on this page. I have listened to management in those town halls and never once thought I was being lied to. Do things change? Yes. Does that make it a lie? No. Don’t want to use up your vacation time for the shutdown? Go file for unemployment. It’s that simple. We all heard the same information but only the sad sacks are walking around playing the victim. Go find another job and stop trying so hard to make everyone else as unhappy as you are.
@7fr you work in management and you can't put together a coherent sentence? Interesting.
@7fe more lies. No one said this. I was in the room for both meetings.
@7ed more lies. What three people? There's been one. Keep lying and maybe someday you'll believe it.
How is they going to fit all of mangement at in Wentworth. There be no space for them as they is full whenever I seen them upstairs for my performanse review in the confrence room. I think they r doing there best to keep the company a float. Moral is still high, regards of the nay sayers, I have never saw technology like this before, advance manufacturing, high tech materials, wizz kidd engineers fixing the problem. Smart mechanics fix the machine for minimize down-time. Great company
@9v1 That’s the plan
@9te why volunteer when you can find a new job and leave with zero notice
@9t1 so are you volunteering to be laid off or take a pay cut?
@9sz That’s the point lots of bodies not enough space might as well do another one then bring in new hires at lower wages in 26
@9pe where are you getting this info from? There isn’t even enough room right now without doing renovations for the growth department to work. I think your timeline is off.
@9pt Wentworth.
@9pe Moving everyone into the old Comcast building or the other one?
Hudson site will all be in one building by the second week of January. I don't think management is looking forward to moving into the other building.
@8zd Any up dates at the Hudson NH Plant
@8v3 till Q3'26
@8tz Do they still have both buildings going in Hudson or did they consolidate into one?
Hudson site
Be aware management is listening more than ever. They need to maintain production and reduce panic. So expect certain people in management coming on the floor trying to distract employees from what's really going on. They’re trying to control the narrative so employees feel heard without actually addressing the real issue with the shutdown, wage changes, positions changing and more changes coming. Stay vigilant don't trust management keep searching for better jobs.
Hudson site
More decisions are pending After the town hall meeting. Restructuring decisions aren’t final yet. Prepare for more changes guys and girls. There is enough for one more layoff at this site.
94.4 Yield! Whoopie! Management is going to be in our building. It’s only going to get more tense with them moving into our building. Yes you might see emails of them promoting activities, food etc but that’s just a distraction to maybe try to get moral up but it won’t.
The message many of us are struggling with is not the shutdown itself, but the lack of transparency. When communication comes late or appears withheld, trust is damaged and trust is the foundation of productivity and retention. Many of us were committed to this site and its success, but repeated surprises create uncertainty that affects morale, performance, and future planning. Strong leadership communicates early, clearly, and consistently without being emotional. Employees should be able to ask questions without feeling HR and floor management will retaliate. Are constantly being told that we have to be careful on what questions we ask. We can only hope to see that level of transparency going forward but the reality is that all you'll see is the same. They say they care and understand but they don't. Prepare to see more emails that promote more site activities, free food pot locks that are scheduled only for salary people to go to ect. Let's see if they even give thanksgiving dinner for those who have to work the holiday, last year the food was dry and no seasoning at all.
Moral is definitely down And after the two town hall meetings the moral will stay down. There has been multiple medical leaves for mental heath purposes it's clear that management has fault in that. Many workers have expressed how disgruntled they are about management. There is no guidance, all you get are empty words from them. Guys it's time to cut ties with this site. Management ran this site to the ground.
Hudson site.
For anyone still there after two layoffs and countless lies — are you seriously surprised?
Just remember, this has “nothing to do with labor costs,” “Yes, we have a plan,” and “We have multiple plans.” And remember, guys and girls, you can trust us, lol.
I hope this is the final push for many of you to leave with little to no notice. Treat it as a nice two-week vacation, whether it’s paid or unpaid. Take a trip with family I’d recommend a nice boat ride..
@7fr are they going to reopen after the shut down is the real question.
Hudson site
I currently work in management.
They didn’t want to deal with pushback all summer.They wanted to avoid people quitting before they secured enough coverage for the rest of the year. It’s unfair what is happening to you guys. Going Negative is NOT a benefit. That is basically a loan. The fact that there will be another shutdown tells you that this shutdown wasn’t random. HR wil never honest with you guys update your resume and find a better job.
Hudson site
We had two town hall meetings. None of the workers are happy. I'm going to say this LOUD and CLEAR none of the workers TRUST management, NONE. we are constantly being lied too in these meetings. It's time for everyone to just find new jobs. There is no future at onsemi in Hudson NH.
@78x upset and we were told that we should be happy because we at-least have a paycheck.
@5wd that's a lie moral isn't good at all especially after today's town hall meeting.
Hudson site will shutdown.
@5vq they are hiring back 3 ppl and one of them is back because he's buddy buddy with one of the managers
@65n How does everyone feel about the two shut down?
@64z is bagel wensday still happen . Me and my team enjoy the bagels and donouts . Good ppl in fab I work with 2 now after last layoffs you will always land on your feed even if mangement try to push you down.
@5wd I would say tenuous at best. It has been stressful the last year and a half, knowing that layoffs are looming. We are constantly being placated and lied to by management and feeling like there are secrets and whispers. So much for honesty and transparency, we all feel like mice in a cage in a rat den. Who is next? What is on the stove stewing? I wouldn't recommend working here to anyone at this point.
