Anyon hearing new updates about what’s happening this quarter... The rumors keep circulting and its hard to tell whats real and whats just noise and fear... Morale is already shaky, and people are on edge waiting for the next move. Keeps feeling like the company is just focused on short-term numbers than on the folks actually keeping things running.

There is a target to reduce personnel costs by 15-20%, which equates to 3,600-4,800 employees from both Xerox and Lexmark, but most of the layoffs will be Xerox employees in the US.
The lists with the names have already been drawn up and are awaiting the green light to begin the layoffs as soon as possible.

@OP I have not heard anything. There is definitely tension and business has slowdown tremendously. I was checking the stock just now and XRX was off about 7 cents to reach an all time low. There was a post about layoffs and I’m sure it’s going to be published soon. I don’t know how one comes back from this. The finance of the company is near disastrous. Executives have to keep morale high and do whatever - but only got so much juice. At the end of the day words don’t do anything - the proof is in the pudding and it’s clear to see.
