Staff leaving in their droves

In the last month practically everyone I knew up in Newcastle has left DXC or is leaving DXC.

DevOps is working on skeleton staff and is still allowing people to leave, ITO is operating at the bones too.

Michael Slavino and the existing staff better pray that the company gets sold otherwise there will be no sign of the rot ending and with colleagues leaving in their masses the account will soon start to jump ship too because DXC will be in a position where they cannot deliver anything.

The only way to counter clients leaving is to cut more heads. A forever ending cycle of pain for us staff.

Especially when there's such jo--t working with the customer they are always present in every account town hall, so the account have the perfect excuse for not taking any questions about pay, reward, cost of living etc. We just get thanked for all our hard work.

It’s depressing to be working on client delivery where you see almost all clients you work for giving out one off cost of living increase never mind merit awards etc, etc I notice at the town halls they have never mentioned cost of living hikes just merit awards….

The cancellation of raises and bonuses, the increasingly toxic working culture, hiring freezes, nepotism, avarice of leadership, and the 500M cost cutting makes the situation for employees clear as day: the leadership are trying to smoke you out. It's cheaper than paying for (in)voluntary redundancy. They want you to become so frustrated that you will leave on your own accord to save a few bucks, and it seems to be working. Color me surprised. Do not heed to their words, this is what they are overtly doing.

Whose going to stay in a company that doesn't give pay raises.

Even the grads have worked it out and a lot of people are leaving.

As for Sally and his crew they are doing well screwing the staff and the company taking the raises from staff and then telling them we can't give you a raise. Its laughable, whoever you talk to in the industry says Salvino is con and his spinning a tale and robbing the staff so blatantly.

Sally and co are not bothered about contracts or if staff stay or not. His just in it for short term filling of his bank balance.

There's going to no sale, that's just another diversion to support the share price for his stock, which all of the gang keep selling of at inflated prices.

Shame the shareholders haven't got rid of him yet, how many chances can you give a guy.

Regretfully, there comes a point when you have to accept that Salvino and his entourage, are just charlatans. Like his predecessor before him, he has no altruistic ambition for the company.

Over time he and the board have honed their skills to create personal wealth without regard for anyone or anything else. They have no morals, or true business acumen, nor care for company staff. Avarice is their watchword.

I no longer work for DXC, but feel the pain felt by those who remain hoping for a brighter future. I doubt it will come to pass, least not with Salvino in charge.

Do yourself a favor and break free. There are opportunities out there, without the pain and frustration of working for DXC.
