When I was there a few years ago and their Northstar goal was 50% women in c-suite by 2030. A few years later and almost all the women in c-suite are gone and now the female CFO resigns. What is going on?

@ab - Yep!
She left, bcs she wanted, nothing to do with gender or anything else. So, please stop sharing cr-p DEI agenda, it is just the personal reasons.
S-xism in tech is so real. This isn't a cry me a river post. I have seen it play out so many times. A woman says something and is ignored. A man says the exact same thing in another meeting and it is praised. It is wild and Dell has absolutely thrown all gender equality projects out the window. In 2021 there was a Women in Tech forum group that met regularly with paid guest speakers. That was nixed, and a large number of the women are now gone from Dell. Some strong directors, some rockstar sales ladies, some engineers. All got the boot. Mostly from all male teams.
Because women are overlooked, under paid compared to their coworkers still at this company at every level. Watched it for years.
Ya, I don't think that is why
Living under a rock? this is Trumps America. Xenophobia, s-xism, executive overreach, and simping for billionaires are all MAGA-approved.
