Thread regarding 3M layoffs

How do we report this?

Flimflam took his two favorites on the most brazen boondoggle to the uk to attend his daughter’s wedding. On 3M’s money!! Yes that just happened. His most favorite was stupid enough to paste it all over viva (now deleted) ironically the comments are still there. Look for posts on July 16. She also has another gushing post worth seeing…

Flimflam can do anything he wants with impunity. Everyone in Legal knows this and they also know HR will tell FlimFlam who reported the misconduct. He will never be reported for his misconduct/ethical violations.

This has been going on for 25+ years at least. The old corporate jets were used as a taxi service for execs not just for travel, but for errands. Need a few cases of someone's favorite French or Italian wine flown back to MN? Check.

You're in MN and due at a shindig in DC, but your tux is in Texas? Not a problem. Oh, better swing by Houston on the way up to get your passport renewed for the international trip next week.

Oh, you want to bring your Spanish Water Dog over from Spain before rubbing elbows at the Austin G-n Club in Lampasas? Why, don't even think about subjecting your dog to the live cargo treatment of a commercial airline. They probably even had fresh backed dog treats for the good Dr's pooch on the way.

Don't be surprised. This is the norm for 3M. The Indianapolis manager who signed the memo referenced in the Wall Street article was never held accountable. Instead, he was promoted to senior director by PSD R&D VP during the peak of litigation. He is still working at 3M.

FlimFlam will never be fired for unethical conduct. Our senior leaders protect their own with the help of HR.

Amazing that the head of legal is still there. He creates this mess with ill advised IP case and has cost the company billions. Read about it here:

Bill Brown talks about accountability, why not start here.
