After months and months of applying. That's the only thing making Monday and the rest of the week feel bearable. I've been so unhappy here that I've even considered quitting without something else lined up. Now I'm putting all my hopes into landing one of these two jobs. I'm even willing to take lower pay just to get out of here.

I just read an article that it takes 36 months to get over the ptsd from toxic work places…..I’m halfway there.
I CONFIRM - nobody is paying WF base pay BUT other banks have cash balance plans and actually pay bi-weekly 401 match, profit share, and stock options.
Everyone needs to do this, place is a sinking ship. Been sinking ever since the JPM cronies showed up.
Good luck. Pay is not the only factor you should consider when evaluating a new job. Find something where you can get up every day without dread.
I can so relate to this. I have considered and still consider the same. My health is suffering due to the toxic tactics that these managers are using the get people like me to quit just so they don't have to pay severance. They aren't even trying to hide it anymore. I've had no time to truly look for a new position and the one that was good that came to me, got held up over the company's budgeting for the position. UGH...
