Apart from the Federal proects, the oil industries in US are hit by geo political situations that are prevailing across the globe. Many of the oil projects are trimming their budgets and have frozen their budgets for the next 1 year. Simply cost cutting, i.e. axe the highly paid consultants in US
That's rough. Seeing how most of the government's budget goes to corporate welfare then it's not surprising. Guess it's our turn now unfortunately. Buckle up.
